📍 Where we ship from: All orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse with a tracked courier. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

How to return a product

- Send the product back in its original packaging by courier to our address
- Once received and checked, you are refunded within 14 days via your original payment method
