If through our error (a wrong recommendation, or a technical incompatibility we confirmed by VIN beforehand) we ship a decoder that does not fit your car, we refund 100% of what you paid, including the return shipping.
✓ 14-day right of return, no reason needed
Even if you simply change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to return the product in its original packaging. This is your standard right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

For a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, you get a free replacement or a full refund. The warranty covers all electronic components and factory faults.

When the guarantee does not apply
We remove as much risk as we can, but there are a few exceptions:
- Physical damage (dropping, impact, spilled liquid and so on)
- Opening or modifying the module yourself
- Ordering without a VIN check when the VIN was available beforehand
- Use in a car other than the one specified at the time of order
How to make a claim
- Get in touch by email at info@oemcarplay.com and describe the problem.
- A photo or video of the problem speeds things up, though it is not required.
- Within 24 hours you receive an RMA number and return instructions.
- The parcel ships at our cost once the claim is accepted.
- Refund or replacement within 7 working days of us receiving it.
