Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. To exercise it, send an unequivocal statement to info@oemcarplay.com. You may use the model form in our Right of withdrawal notice, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

Return costs and condition

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the return is due to our error — for example where our VIN check specified the wrong module, in which case we cover return shipping in full under our right-fit guarantee. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How to return

Email info@oemcarplay.com and you will receive an RMA number and return instructions within 24 hours. Send the product back in its original packaging. Once received and checked, you are refunded within 14 days by the original payment method.

Faulty goods

If goods are not in conformity with the contract, your statutory rights apply for 24 months from delivery under Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in your country of residence, including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination. Damage caused by impact, liquid, opening or modifying the module, or installation in a vehicle other than the one specified at the time of order, is excluded from our commercial guarantee.
