What is the difference between iDrive 7 and iDrive 8?
iDrive 7 (2018-2022) uses the classic BMW interface. iDrive 8 (2021 onwards) is the newer flat design with a larger display. The decoder works with both.
Will it work with BMW Live Cockpit Professional?
Yes. The decoder is fully compatible with the Live Cockpit Professional display and digital instrument cluster.
