Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship throughout the European Union from our EU warehouse using a tracked courier. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Costs and delivery time

Standard tracked delivery within the EU costs €9.90. Delivery is free on orders over €100. Estimated transit time is 2–5 working days after dispatch. These times are estimates and not guaranteed dates.

Statutory delivery period

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract. If we cannot meet that period we will inform you without delay, and you may set an additional period or withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund.

Order processing

Orders placed on working days are prepared for dispatch as soon as the item is available. Where an item is not in stock, the product page states this and you can ask to be notified when it returns; no order is taken and no payment is collected in that case.

Checking your parcel

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this with the carrier and contact us at info@oemcarplay.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Customs

All orders ship from within the European Union, so no customs duties or import charges arise for deliveries to EU member states.
